Enneagram Institute Part I Training: The Anatomy of Personality
A six-day residential training taught by Russ Hudson and Gayle Scott
Part I is an in-depth presentation of the Enneagram as a psycho-spiritual system. It features complete descriptions of the types as well as specifics for identifying them. The Training combines grounded, intellectual understanding with a variety of experiential approaches that give participants a clear feel for the inner world of each type. Further, we employ the comprehensive framework of the Levels of Development to add depth and richness to our discussions. The Levels are essential because they account for differences between individuals of the same type, discriminate between similar types, and help clarify the many irregularities and subtleties of each type-thus making wide-ranging practical applications and personal growth possible.
RUSS HUDSON is the Executive Director of the Enneagram Institute. He is the co-author, along with Don Riso, of the best-selling books, The Wisdom of the Enneagram, Personality Types, Understanding the Enneagram, and Discovering Your Personality Type. He is one of the principal scholars and innovative thinkers in the enneagram world today.

The Enneagram Goes to the Movies / Enneagram Immersion
Learn to identify Enneagram Personality Types by watching and discussing great movies!
This is a full-day presentation. It is also part of a two-day Enneagram Immersion workshop.*
A great way to expand your Enneagram I.Q. and introduce your friends and colleagues to the Enneagram.
Watching entertaining film clips from movies old and new, you'll learn to spot characteristic personality traits and energy patterns of all nine types. We'll look at dialogue and delivery, motivation and mannerisms, body language and buzz words for each personality type.
Often the strongest, most convincing onscreen performances are the result of actors playing characters of their own Enneagram personality style. This is truly 'typecasting.' But what happens when actors are cast to play unfamiliar characters in conflict with their own type?
We will discuss the difference in feel and impact of actors instinctively playing their own personality style with that of actors playing outside their psychological league.
Gayle Scott is not only an internationally-known Enneagram teacher and consultant, but a passionate film buff - and a veteran of Hollywood film and television with over 20 years' experience in all aspects of production. In the '90's, her work with actors inspired her to combine her professional expertise with her passion for the Enneagram, leading to her pioneering specialty of Enneagram Consultant to Actors and Screenwriters. Her clientele has included many well-known actors, opera singers, writers and directors.
* Enneagram Immersion is a two-day weekend workshop that provides an in-depth look at the nine Enneagram personality types. It is a wonderful introduction to the world of the Enneagram, using an entertaining mix of lecture, video presentation, experiential exercises and film clips. In this two-day presentation, you will gain clear, detailed knowledge of the Enneagram personality system. Advanced students will deepen their awareness and understanding of the energy, motivation, world view, coping styles, gifts and challenges of each of the nine Enneagram types.
Host one of these workshops in your town!
